Free Verse
Oh ms Celie you are such a wonderful person
Its just hard for you to see
Mr. ___ makes you think yourself as nothing
You are the rock that has helped so many people.
See the shining light and lift your head
See life as it truly is to others
Shug and Nettie can do it you can as well

I agree with Brooks on his comment. I really liked how you brought out what Celie was like. At the end when you say…Shug and Nettie can do it you can as well..seems like it’s giving Celie the hope she needs to make it through. Great job.
